COMING SOON - D.C.S.M. OFF RIDGE ROOF VENT

Dan’s Custom Sheet Metal, Inc. proudly introduces the DCSM Off Ridge Roof Vent, the newest addition to our line of tile roof and metal roof accessories. The standard off ridge vent is fabricated from 26 gauge mill finish and pre-painted galvalume, available in DCSM standard colors.

The DCSM Off Ridge Vent has recently passed the TAS 100(A)-95 wind driven rain test protocol for Florida’s high velocity hurricane zones. DCSM is currently seeking Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County product approvals for the new vent.

DCSM will start production of our off ridge vent within the next month. We plan to have the vent available to customers by September 1, 2008. For more information on the new DCSM Off Ridge Roof Vent, please contact our office at 239-594-0530.

VS-150 Snap-Lock Standing Seam: The D.C.S.M. VS-150 Snap-Lock Standing Seam now has Florida Product Approval for 26 gauge Galvalume and is available in over 10 standard 26 gauge colors.

R-Panel: The R-Panel Metal Roofing System now has Florida Structural Product Approvals for roof panels and wall panels. This panel is available with a metal eave closure component. Be sure to include this product on all your R-Panel orders.

UL Class A Fire Ratings: The D.C.S.M. VS-150 Snap-Lock, 5-V Crimp, R-Panel, MP-15 Mechanical Seam, 1" Mini-Batten and NL-1500 Nail Strip have a UL Class A Fire Rating with VersaShield Underlayment.

Ridge Anchor: The new Ridge Anchor component, which is designed to mechanically fasten the Ridge / Hip Cap on tile roof systems, now has Florida HVHZ Product Approval with adhesive and mechanical installation options.
